Hey, this week I will show you how to do one small but useful exercise in some outdoor-health-care centers, which can be easily found free in public places in Seoul such as Parks, Mountains, Company buildings, etc.. for example: Achasan, Yeouido Park, River-Side, Yongmasan, etc.
And this is River-Side, A beautiful place for walking, jogging, sight-seeing, swimming, badminton, riding, Inline-Skate, weight, horizontal bar and parallel bars, etc..
Today is the day for horizontal bar and parallel bars exercise. If your work involves in sitting in front of the computer all the day, these simple movements will help you refresh your body and have heathy muscles, then you can sit many more hours without tired or backache :))
Remember to do some "doongj tacs khowir doongj" before doing these kinds of steps. :D
